Provides a background in physiology and pathology for a haematological and biochemical approach to patient management, supplementation and blood monitoring of bariatric / gastric surgery. The course will appeal to dietitians, nutritionists and nurses.

Folate/red cell folate

Lipid profile: total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides
