OVERVIEW

The PEG ongoing care and feeding training will highlight on the techniques and rationale behind feeding using various types of tubes. This course is designed for any staff who witness or encounter patients in hospitals / care homes / community settings who use PEG on regular basis. The training also helps staff with directives and guidance to confirm PEG tube placement after initial placement and also ensure PEG feeding and administration of medications are done safely.
