This is a two-day course designed for ward, department and team managers in healthcare. It is suitable for both aspiring ward, department and team managers and those already in post.

The two days interactive and you will go away with some practical ideas and techniques as well as an individual personal development plan. You will learn about how healthcare is structured and the national picture, as well as thinking about your own local issues and how to deal with them.
