Comprehensive Assessment of the Older Person
Aimed at experienced band 5 or junior band 6 nurses it will enable nurses to understand, recognise and use appropriate assessments as part of a systematic approach to improve the quality of assessment and outcomes of care, for older people in acute or intermediate care settings.
