this one-day masterclass aims to provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the discharge process, including information and resources to enable the acquired skills and knowledge to be used back in the workplace.
The day is structured to offer a good overview of discharge planning processes geared towards patient safety.
The afternoon enhances the day further by offering a choice of three expert-led highly interactive and practical workshops, where candidates will have the opportunity to challenge and clarify complexities within each of the three subject areas. candidates will have the choice to attend one of the three workshops.
